I’m from a small town in Texas, that I miss dearly. When I am not working, I am at home taking care of my goats and chickens. Something interesting about me is that in high school I ranked 4th in the world for Breakaway Roping. This is my first time working in veterinary medicine other than my at home experience. I love animals!! Seeing all the cute babies growing up is so rewarding!

I am from Ogden but moved up here for school a few years ago. I am currently going to school to get my veterinary technician certification and maybe continue on to vet school someday. In my free time I love to hang out with my siblings. I recently have started swing dancing when I have the time and love to travel and go scuba diving. This is my first time working in veterinary medicine, but I have always been interested in vet med and am so excited to finally be working in the field! My favorite part of vet med is getting to see patients improve and get better over time. And of course, seeing all the little (and not so little) cuties come in.

I am originally from a small town in eastern Idaho and moved to Cache Valley about three years ago to continue my education at USU. I am passionate about the outdoors and love adventuring with my dogs and husband. Outside of work and school, you’ll find me helping my family raise show pigs, hunting, horseback riding, and spending quality time with friends and family. I have worked at a couple veterinary clinics before moving to Cache Valley and joining the team at Mountain View. I also grew up showing livestock and horses, which gave me early exposure to animal care and sparked my passion for veterinary medicine. I have always loved helping both animals and people, and I found a true passion and caring for my patients and their families. I began my education and career in veterinary medicine with the goal of becoming a veterinarian and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

I am from a small town called Corinne, Utah. I showed hogs at the Box Elder County Fair for 10 years. I graduated from Bridgerland Technical College with a certificate in Animal Sciences. I am currently a 3rd year undergraduate student at Utah State University majoring in Pre-Vet. In my free time I love going swing dancing and being out in nature! I used to volunteer, work then intern at North Ogden Animal Hospital as a Kennel Assistant. I also shadowed at Cache Meadow Veterinary Clinic. My favorite part about veterinary medicine is getting to work with animals to discover problems when we are unable to communicate with them.

I spent most of my life in Virginia before moving to Utah to attend USU where I got my bachelor’s degree. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and love spending time with my two cats: Freya and Circe. I’ve been in veterinary medicine for several years, I’ve worked at other small animal clinics and for USU’s CVM program as an anatomy technician before starting at MVVHC. I love the diversity of animals I get to see! I also enjoy the connections that I make with people as I work to educate clients and care for their beloved animals. Initially I was drawn to vet med after almost a decade of working with horses – that journey has led me to apply to vet school and work with MVVHC in the interim.

I am originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. I now live in Logan, and I am currently attending Utah State with a major in pre-veterinary medicine. Before this, I lived in Nebraska for two years where I played college soccer. My love of veterinary medicine started when I was a little girl. My dad‘s best friend is a veterinarian, and so I was always helping him around the clinic. I still remember the first time he let me assist him in a hernia surgery, and from that point on I knew I wanted to be a veterinarian.

Clinic Care Taker and Technician’s Assistant

I was born in Logan but moved to Reno Nevada until I turned 18 and moved back here. And I love doing diamond art paintings and reading books and baking. Something interesting about me is that I’m a human encyclopedia, I know a lot of things about many areas. This is my first time working in Veterinary Clinic, used to do volunteer work in a kennel walking dogs in Reno, Nevada! When it comes to Veterinary medicine, the medicine part is my favorite! Internal Medicine is just interesting and cool to learn about. And the reason I pursue veterinary medicine is because animals also need and deserve to be cared for and loved too. And I hope that I can make a difference as well.

Quality Control Specialist and Technician’s Assistant

I’m from Hyde Park, Utah, where I grew up with rabbits, a cat, and any animals that happened to wander through our yard. I recently got my first dog– an inheritance from my Grandma, and have enjoyed welcoming her into my life full time.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing card games, watching sitcoms, and relaxing with my dog. This is my first experience working on the clinical side of vet med. I graduated from Bridgerland Technical College’s Animal Science Program and am currently attending Utah State University, majoring in Veterinary Science with a minor in Mandarin Chinese.

Working in vet med has placed me in an environment that continually challenges me to grow into the best version of myself so I can help provide quality care to animals and the amazing people who love them. Animals have always been my “happy place,” so joining this team has been a dream come true for 6 year old me!

I’m from Honeyville, Utah. I love music, including singing and playing the guitar, swimming, and I also love cooking and trying out new recipes. My first experience in veterinary medicine was when I was 11-12 years old and I started a job shadowing my uncle who is a veterinarian and volunteering with his clinic. I got to observe a few surgeries he performed and go into appointments with him, and I fell in love with the field. I love learning all about animals and love the medical side as well. Veterinary medicine has always been something I’ve pursued, and one of my favorite parts is getting to meet and interact with all sorts of different animals and getting to see each pets’ personalities.

Christopher
IT Administrator

I’m from right here in Cache Valley—grew up in Smithfield and currently in Logan. For hobbies, I’m a bit of a tech enthusiast. I love automating my house and tinkering with self-hosted servers/applications. When I’m not doing that, I’m playing games with my kids or hanging out with my wife. An interesting fact usually surprises people: I was buried in an avalanche when I was a teenager. I survived to tell the tale, but haven’t been snow caving since =] . This is my first time working for a veterinary clinic. One of my favorite things about working at the clinic is seeing how much care the staff gives to the animals.

I’m originally from Syracuse, Utah but moved up here for school a few years ago. I am an avid baker and also love playing video games with my husband and friends. I absolutely love animals and would adopt every dog/cat if I could! This is my first time in Veterinary Medicine. However, as a kid I have wanted to work with animals so applying for this job was easy. The best part about being in the veterinary field is getting to go to work every day knowing I’m going to see dogs and cats all day.
